What's Going on in the Ragain House?
Hello Y'all,
I wanted to do a blog update on our life. I can't believe it will be July here soon. Its been a crazy last few months. We haven't done as many projects other than yard work. I did recently start painting one of the bedrooms upstairs. I am a very slow painter! lol, I paint in small amounts, but hopefully this weekend I can get some more finished.
I started graduate school last January. I will be getting a Master's degree in Elementary Education. It is definitely an exciting journey as I begin to change careers. Ever since I was a child, I knew I wanted to teach. I just really have a heart for children and feel that God is leading me in that direction. Although it has been hard making such a big life change, I feel that I am in the right place.
Jesse recently reenlisted in the Navy. That means we will for sure be in the Navy for the next six years! I am so proud of him of all of his accomplishments and for continuing to serve our country. He is also hoping to take a few college classes here soon, so we are just praying that all the paperwork goes through.
We recently added a new member to our family. Meet our adopted dog named, Parker. He loves long naps, walks, tennis balls, and snacks. His favorite part of the day is dinner time, but he also loves nap time.

I also decided to change our blog to "The Ragain Family". I feel that as our life changes and our family grows in the next couple of years this new name will better suit our blog.
